Polo Express: Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exactly the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage not reported upon delivery. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

Important: Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address. You are responsible for using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You must contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging to help us evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or Personalized products (such as special orders or bespoke design items).

  • Perishable goods (including food and plants).

  • Sale items and Gift Cards are final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is not in its original condition, a partial refund or rejection may apply. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks can take additional time to process the transaction.
