Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship mainly to the European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Mexico. 

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

  • Domestic/EU Delivery: Estimated 3-5 business days.

  • International Delivery: Estimated 7-14 business days (depending on destination and local customs procedures).

3. Taxes, Duties & Customs

  • UK & Switzerland: Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected directly at checkout. No additional fees will be requested upon delivery (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).

  • USA, Australia, Mexico, and other Non-EU countries: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers should check their local import thresholds before placing an order.

4. Tracking & Insurance

All orders are shipped with a Tracking Number provided via email upon dispatch. We partner with reliable carriers (DHL/Sendcloud) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Delivery to Service Points

Where available (especially in the EU), customers can choose to have their package delivered to a Service Point for more flexible pickup options.
